Dr. Dessima D Williams is a Grenadian diplomat and former ambassador to the United Nations from Grenada who was reappointed to the ambassadorship in 2008. Since 2022, she has been president of the Senate. It's always a pleasure to visit Dr. Williams. She is a great fountain of knowledge.
It was a pleasure to visit Island Pure. Locally owned by a female entrepreneur Elo Akin. They are the only Caribbean brand offering premium, Water wipes which, are proudly manufactured in Grenada. We have supported by purchasing wet wipes and to have them shipped to schools in Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
The Grenada Education and Development Programme, GRENED. LMF hosted some of their scholarship students from Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Thanks to Mr. Michael Mitchell and Mr. Wavel Dumont for accompanying the students.
